Yellow Lodeh Vegetable Seasoning.

Material:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons ebi, brew hot water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
  • 4 cm galangal
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices:

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 7 pieces of red chili

How to make:

  1. Saute ground spices, bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal and ebi with cooking oil until fragrant then add water and coconut milk.
  2. Cook until boiling, then add all ingredients (vegetables and additional ingredients). Cook until the filling is done. Taste correction.
  3. Vegetable lodeh is ready to be served
