Simple Teriyaki Meat Recipe


  • 250 gr beef, wash and cut lengthwise
  • Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  • Onion, sliced
  • Green chili, sliced
  • Green and red peppers, sliced

Marinating Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 4 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

How to make:

  1. Marinate the meat first using all the ingredients. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat margarine, add meat.
  3. Cook until the meat is cooked and tender.
  4. Add salt, sugar, and pepper, taste correction.
  5. Add sliced onions, green chilies, and green and red bell peppers.
  6. Cook again briefly. Serve.
