Simple Fried Rice

Material:

  1. 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 cup white rice
  4. Fish balls, to taste
  5. Sausage, to taste
  6. Sweet corn, shelled to taste
  7. Carrots, thinly sliced
  8. Broccoli to taste

Seasoning ingredient :

  1. 1 clove of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  2. 2 cloves of red onion, finely sliced
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper powder, to taste
  5. 1 tbsp margarine
  6. 1 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make :

  1. Preheat the cooking oil and margarine
  2. Add the onion and garlic, saute until fragrant.
  3. Add the eggs to the stir fry and scramble.
  4. Add fish balls, sausage, corn, carrots, and broccoli. Then mix well.
  5. Add white rice. Then also add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and mushroom broth. After that, stir again until evenly distributed.
  6. When the spices have been absorbed, then the dish is ready to be served.
