Material :

  • 250 gr of sliced meat
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 2 tbsp instant black pepper teriyaki sauce
  • Enough oil
  • Enough water
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • Salt, sugar, and pepper powder to taste

Meat marinade ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp instant black pepper teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 garlic, puree
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to make :

  1. Marinate the meat with all ingredients, let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, then sauté the garlic, onion, and paprika until fragrant.
  3. Enter the meat, cook while occasionally turning until half cooked.
  4. Add enough water.
  5. Add black pepper teriyaki sauce, ground pepper, salt, and sugar, taste correction.
